Panel-by-panel transfer selections under the 2026 MOU

Totals Since June 2026
Estimated Incentive Awards
Controllers placed into eligible facilities receive a tiered relocation incentive based on the gaining facility (Appendix II), plus a $10,000 bonus for high-cost geographic areas (Appendix I). Those awards total an estimated:

Assumes each selection results in a placement that earns the gaining facility's award. Actual awards depend on FOL acceptance and CPC certification, are paid in installments with a 12-month retention requirement.
