Article 119 MOU July 11, 2018
Replaces Article 119, Section 7: a Yellow or Red event now calls for a Quality Control Service Review under JO 7210.634.

Indoor Air Quality MOU February 7, 2020
Adopts JO 3900.76, Management of Indoor Air Quality at ATO Facilities (October 24, 2019), for Article 125, in place of the ATO IAQ Program Implementation Requirements the article cites.

Child Care Subsidy Income Level MOU September 24, 2020
Raises the child care subsidy's family income limit to $100,000, replaces the subsidy scale, and suspends the yearly adjustment of the income ceilings, for the life of the agreement. It replaced a 2017 MOU that had set the limit at $85,000.

Slate Book extension MOU December 18, 2024
Extends the agreement until August 1, 2029. Local, regional and national agreements and past practices reached since 2016 stay in effect for the extension, and the Parties at the national level may jointly amend the agreement by mutual agreement.

Replaces the employee requested reassignment, grievance priority and release rules in Article 42 and the facility of preference rules in Article 60.
