MINIMUM DESCENT ALTITUDE (MDA) |

| Meaning: | The lowest altitude, expressed in feet above mean sea level, to which descent is authorized on final approach or during circle-to-land maneuvering in execution of a standard instrument approach procedure where no electronic glideslope is provided. |
