On your stub: Retirement % is under Deductions (Misc column); TSP % is under Basic Information.
A ballpark: payroll may withhold more than 22% federal tax, and your final tax depends on your bracket.
How It Works
- Back pay covers the 20 pay periods from Jan 11 to Oct 17. Overtime and premium pay rise with your hourly rate, so they’re included.
- Your Jan 10 stub’s year-to-date removes the two January paychecks earned at 2025 rates. Without it, they’re estimated as 2 of your 22 paychecks.
- Basic plus locality pay is capped at $228,000. Near the cap your raise is smaller, and at the cap only CIP rises.
