ATSA Scorecard Terms of Sale

These terms cover buying an ATSA Scorecard from 123ATC (123atc.com). They add to the site's terms on our Privacy Policy page, including its arbitration agreement and limitation of liability.
What you buy
An ATSA Scorecard gives the email address you pay with 180 days of the Scorecard's features on 123atc.com, starting when you buy: where your practice stands against other applicants, where applicants who reported each result scored, diagnostics, the Scorecard's own Logic & Reading tests and missed-question review, your history across browsers, test-day emails, and no ads. The free practice tools aren't part of the sale; they stay free.
Price and payment
$69 in US dollars, paid once through Stripe, which handles your card details; we never see them. There's no subscription: nothing renews, and you're never charged again. A price change applies only to later purchases.
One Scorecard at a time
While a Scorecard is running, a second purchase with the same email address is refunded in full, automatically. Once yours ends, you can buy another 180 days.
Refunds
You can have a full refund, for any reason, within 7 days of buying: email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or reply to your welcome email. A refund ends the Scorecard. After 7 days, purchases aren't refundable, except where the law requires or as these terms say below. Deleting your account also ends your Scorecard, and isn't a refund, so within 7 days ask for the refund first.
After 180 days
The dashboard, percentiles, the Scorecard's tests and ad-free browsing stop. Your history stays readable for 12 months, and you can sign in to see it.
What the numbers mean
Percentiles compare your practice runs with other applicants practicing on 123ATC at the same settings. They aren't FAA scores and don't predict your ATSA result. Where applicants who reported each result scored is what they told us, unchecked, and early numbers rest on few reports. No practice score guarantees any ATSA result.

123ATC isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the FAA, the US Department of Transportation or Pearson VUE.
Your Scorecard is yours
Sign-in codes go to the address you bought with, so keep that inbox to yourself. We may end a Scorecard without a refund if it's shared, resold, or used to copy the tests or scrape the site.
Changes and interruptions
We keep improving the Scorecard, so its features may change, but not so that you get less than this page describes. The site may be unavailable now and then for maintenance. If we ever stop offering the Scorecard, we'll keep yours running until it ends, or refund the part you haven't used.
Disputes with your bank
If you dispute the charge, the Scorecard ends while the dispute is open, and we restore it if the dispute is settled in our favor. Please email us first: a refund within 7 days is faster for everyone.
